As we arrive at the halfway point of the year, the New Moon offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reflect, and consciously begin again. This immersive experience is designed to help you release mental and emotional clutter, regulate your nervous system, and step into the next chapter of the year with greater clarity, calm, and intention.
In this workshop, we will:
- Reflect on the first half of the year and set heartfelt intentions for the months ahead
- Learn a simple yet powerful pranayama practice to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system
- Receive a take-home breathing guide to continue your practice beyond the workshop
- Experience a deeply restorative sound healing immersion to release stress and cultivate inner stillness
- Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself.
About the Facilitator
Riya Vyas is a Yoga & Wellness Coach and Sound Healing Facilitator with over a decade of experience guiding people towards mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and holistic health. Her sessions thoughtfully integrate yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic sound to create deeply restorative and transformative experiences. Inspired by alignment-based yoga, Riya’s approach combines practical tools with mindful awareness, empowering participants to carry these practices into their everyday lives.
About the Space
The session will be hosted at Unalome Yoga & Wellness Studio, a boutique wellness space thoughtfully created for healing, mindfulness, and inner connection. The studio regularly hosts yoga classes, sound healing experiences, meditation circles, and wellness workshops, offering a peaceful and nurturing environment where you can fully unwind, recharge, and reconnect.

Things to Carry:
- Wear comfortable clothing, preferably light and breathable fabrics.
- Feel free to carry a shawl or light layer in case you feel cool during the sound healing.
- You may also bring a small neck pillow for extra comfort during relaxation.
- Drinking water will be available at the studio. If you prefer chilled water, feel free to carry your own bottle.
