Unalome is an intimate boutique wellness space designed for mindful movement, healing, and self-discovery. Inspired by the philosophy of the Unalome symbol, the winding path of growth and awareness.

Our studio celebrates the imperfect yet beautiful journey inward.

Rooted in the tradition of yoga while embracing modern wellness practices, we offer yoga, meditation, yogic breathwork, and immersive healing experiences in a warm and welcoming environment.

Hatha
Hatha Yoga is a traditional and balanced practice that focuses on building strength, stability, and alignment in the body. The sessions combine mindful movement, breath awareness, and gentle holds in postures to help improve flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Hatha classes are suitable for beginners as well as practitioners who want a steady and grounding practice.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flow based practice where movement is synchronised with the breath. The postures flow seamlessly from one to another, creating a rhythmic and energising experience. These sessions help build strength, flexibility, endurance, and mental focus while allowing the body and breath to move in harmony.
Yin
Yin Yoga is a slow, restorative practice where postures are held for longer durations to gently target the fascia and deep connective tissues of the body. This practice encourages deep relaxation and improved mobility while also stimulating the body’s energetic pathways and meridians, helping to restore balance in both body and mind.
Meditation
Our Saturday Pranayama and Meditation sessions focus on cultivating the practice of conscious breathing and inner awareness. The pranayama techniques are thoughtfully designed according to the season and the needs of the body, helping to balance energy, calm the nervous system, and improve breath capacity. Each session is followed by guided meditation (Dhyan practice) to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and deeper states of relaxation.
